Found between White Park Bay and Ballintoy Harbour, Elephant Rock is a remarkable rock formation so called because it looks just like an elephant. Local folklore says it’s the remains of an ancient woolly mammoth fleeing a volcanic eruption.  One thing’s for sure, this photograph by Mark McKeown Photography is mesmerising!
