Built on the dramatic and jagged cliffs of the north coast of County Antrim around 1500, the iconic and picturesque Dunluce Castle is steeped in history and mysterious myths and legends. It was inhabited by the MacQuillan and MacDonnell clans and the current ruins date mainly from the 16th and 17thcenturies. It’s a popular visitor attraction not to mention subject for art.
This stunning watercolour and fountain pen artwork of Dunluce Castle captures the dramatic coastline and imposing ruins and has been reproduced on Gesso paper to make a high quality A4 print, ready to frame and display.
