'Harland and Wolff Cranes, Belfast' by Snazzeroo

The Belfast landscape cannot be described without mentioning the iconic Harland and Wolff cranes. Locally known as, and named after, the Biblical figures Samson and Goliath, these two giant structures symbolise Belfast's ship building history, where the Titanic was designed and built.

This is a contemporary illustration of the cranes at Queen's Island, Belfast, which dominate the Belfast skyline making them spectacular landmark structures of the city.

Measures 30cm high x 40cm wide. Materials: digital, print, pearl, 250gsm board.

Darren from Snazzeroo says: "My challenge is to distil the elements of the location in shape and colour while retaining the essence of the place."
